This tour runs daily and is a great way to see both attractions in one day.The first stop is the Khanom coast on the mainland, where there is a chance (and a good 99% chance) of seeing pink dolphins in their natural habitat. We will visit Pancake Rock and travel across the Khanom coast to see the beautiful scenery of this secluded place.Afterwards we boarded a speedboat for a short trip to Koh Tan where you can snorkel and view the coral reefs. The last point is Koh Madsum or Koh Moo. Enjoy the white sandy beach, swim or play with the live pigs on this island. We then headed back to the pier on Koh Samui.

This day tour from Koh Samui to the pink dolphins in Khanom, Koh Taen and Koh Madsum (Pig Island) is a great way to see the nice islands and a bit of the mainland. Our driver will pick you up in the morning from your hotel or villa in Koh Samui. We headed to the southern port of the island. By boarding a speedboat with a minimum of 15 passengers and a maximum of 29 passengers, our trip to Khanom took approximately 30 minutes.
There we will watch dolphins from a speedboat. Please note that they are in their natural habitat and can move anywhere freely. After watching the dolphins We also came to see the Pancake Rocks. It is a prominent rock on the coast. We then took a speedboat to Koh Tan, which is south of Koh Samui. There you can snorkel along the coral reefs. Enjoy the amazing underwater world before we head to the nearby Koh Moo Koh Madsum. Watch the pigs on the beach and swimming here.
Take the boat back to Koh Samui. There we will enjoy a delicious Thai style lunch. From here you will be transferred back to your hotel or villa on the island. You should be home before 3 p.m.

08.00 - 09.30 am. Transfer from hotel to the pier at Thong Krut Beach.
10.00 am. Boat departs from T.K Tour pier to Khanom area.
10.40 am. Arrive to Khanom area for sightseeing dolphin.
11.30 am. Arrive at Koh Tan for snorkeling the best coral reef, where the fish are gorgeous, plentiful and not shy.
13.00 pm. Boat depart to Koh Mudsum (Pig Island), nature beach where you can simply relax on the beach and feed food to lovely pigs and hiking to see view point (hiking 10 minutes)
14.00 pm. Come back to T.K. pier for have lunch (Thai set menu) at T.K. restaurant.
15.00 pm. Return transfer to your hotel
What kind of food do you served during lunch?
You can expect a delicious Thai style seafood lunch on the beach in Khanom. There will be several (halal or vegetarian) choices like a rice, vegetables, stir fried,
seafood and a dessert. If you have any specific food allergies, please let us know prior to booking this tour.
Are we really going to see the pink dolphins?
The dolphins are free to roam anywhere. There is a very, very small chance that we can’t find them. That’s why we can’t guarantee with 100% certainty that you will see them. We cannot make a refund in case the dolphins couldn't be spotted that day.
When is the best time to visit the dolphins or pi island?
The best time to visit is between February and august when the seas are relatively calm. The pink dolphins stay where they are year-round, as do the pigs. Are you coming in rainy season? Then it’s still a good time to do the pink dolphin & pig island tour when the seas are calm, and the temperatures are lower.
Can small children join this tour?
We don’t accept babies and toddlers on this trip. The minimum age is 4. Kids between 4-9 years old enjoy the kids price for this excursion.
